Who We Are
We are a group of independent consultants who work with and through each other when the need arises.
We are all retired employees of Philip Morris U.S.A. with the desire and skill to implement business improvement programs that are custom designed to work with each individual customer. Our corporate records span nearly 90 years and a wide variety of job types.
We have a proven record of success in all the positions we held.
Mission and Resources of Our Group
We seek to take the knowledge and skills learned and developed in our corporate lives, and use them to help others strive for excellence in their work. By helping others improve efficiency and make more money, we will do the same for ourselves. We have collected techniques and education from many years of training through seminars and cooperative work groups at a major corporate level. We have also acted as trainers and facilitators in numerous tactical and strategic planning sessions.
These experiences, coupled with tools created specifically to aid in the evaluation of performance related issues, help us custom design specific plans to improve performance. We have diverse backgrounds and complimentary skill sets and are linked to other skilled people who can provide input if needed.
